01 Monthly plans
Cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund partial months.
02 Annual plans
Cancel within 14 days of an annual charge for a full refund. After that, the plan runs to the end of the paid year; you can ask for a pro-rated refund if the service failed to perform as described.
03 Managed website setup fee
Refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of the kickoff call and before you approve the design draft. After design approval the setup fee is not refundable because the work has been done.
04 Free trial
The trial is free and needs no card, so nothing is charged or refunded.
05 Your data after cancelling
Export customers, vehicles, invoices and parts for 30 days after cancellation. After that, data is deleted from live systems and from backups within 30 days.
06 How to cancel or ask for a refund
Cancel from your account settings, or contact support. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Local consumer rights still apply where they give you more.
