What it doesn’t do (yet)
- Online card payment needs a payment gateway you connect; we do not process payments.
- The store design follows a clean template; for a custom look, choose the managed website.
- Booking requests need confirming by you; there is no automatic bay scheduling on the store.

Yes. Bay, Shop and Fleet all include the store generated from your catalogue, at no extra monthly cost.
OS-S202Do I have to build the store?
No. It is generated from the products and services you add. You choose which ones show online and upload photos.
OS-S203Does stock on the store update?
Yes. Store stock follows your inventory, so a part sold at the counter is not oversold online.
OS-S204Can customers book a service?
Customers can request a service from the store; you confirm the time with them. For full calendar booking, the managed website or bundle adds a booking page.
OS-P205Can customers pay online?
Online payment depends on the payment gateway you connect; ask on your demo. Many shops take payment at pickup.

The store runs on an address we provide. A custom domain can be connected; ask support. The managed website runs on your own domain.
