Chapter 1
Getting started
Account, business settings, staff.

Catalogue

- Add parts and opening stock30 minAdd parts with SKUs, brands, units and reorder levels, then enter the opening stock you already have on the shelves.
- Import customers, vehicles and parts45 minMove your customer list and parts catalogue in from a spreadsheet using the CSV/XLSX import templates, and plan how vehicle records come across.

Repair orders

- Send an estimate and convert it to an invoice10 minBuild a parts and labour quotation, share it with the customer for approval, then convert it to an invoice without retyping a line.
- Track technician time and commission20 minAssign technicians to labour lines, record hours as quantity, use attendance clock-in, and read the service staff report to pay commission.

Store and sales
Online store, register.
- Publish your online store20 minYour online store is generated from your catalogue. Choose what shows, tidy names and images, and share the link with customers.
- Open and close the cash register10 minOpen the register with a float, take cash, card and other payments during the day, then close it and read the register report.
Chapter 5
Hardware and locations
Printers, scanners, more shops.
- Connect a receipt printer and barcode scanner20 minSet a receipt printer and invoice layout per location, print barcode labels for parts, and use a USB or Bluetooth scanner at the counter.
- Add a second shop location20 minAdd another business location with its own invoice layout, printer and price group, give staff access, and move parts between shops.
