What we don't claim
- No PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification is claimed for AutoShop POS.
- We do not offer on-premise installation; the product is hosted.
- Your own devices (shop PCs, tablets) and passwords are your responsibility: use a password manager and separate users.
We would rather you know this before the trial than after.

On servers operated by the AutoShop POS team, separate for each business account. Ask on your demo if you need a specific hosting region.

Yes. Roles control access to prices, costs, reports, discounts and settings.

Yes. Sales and payments record the user who created or edited them.

No. Card payments run through your own processor and terminal; AutoShop POS records only the payment.
SEC-P206Are you PCI certified?
We do not claim PCI certification for AutoShop POS because we do not process card data. Your processor carries that compliance.

Yes. Export at any time, and for 30 days after cancelling.
