Nothing. The first CSV import of customers and parts is free during onboarding.
SW-D202Can I bring my repair-order history?
Old repair orders usually do not map cleanly; keep your old system’s export as an archive and we can import customer and vehicle notes summarising past work.
SW-D203Which systems can I switch from?
Any system or spreadsheet that exports CSV or Excel: other shop management software, accounting tools or paper records typed into a sheet.
SW-D204Will my customer balances carry over?
Yes. Opening balances import with customers.

Typically two to three working days for the import, then a week of running both systems.
