01 The service
AutoShop POS is hosted point-of-sale and shop-management software for auto repair businesses, provided as a subscription. Features depend on your plan as described on the pricing page.
02 Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. At the end of the trial the account pauses unless you choose a plan. Trial data is kept for 30 days after a trial ends.
03 Plans, billing and taxes
Prices are listed per market on the pricing page. US prices exclude sales tax; UAE prices include 5% VAT; Pakistan prices exclude applicable sales tax. Monthly plans bill each month in advance; annual plans bill each year in advance. There is no minimum contract for monthly plans.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
04 Managed website and bundle
The managed website includes a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. The bundle includes a GoHighLevel snapshot installed into your own GoHighLevel account; your GoHighLevel subscription is a separate agreement with HighLevel.
05 Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to break security, overload the service, resell it without a partner agreement, or store unlawful content. You are responsible for your users and for the data you enter.
06 Your data
Your business data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service under our privacy policy. You can export it at any time and for 30 days after cancelling, after which it is deleted.
07 Your compliance
You are responsible for your tax settings, invoices, estimates, consumer-protection and licensing obligations in your country, state or emirate. The software helps you produce documents; it does not give tax or legal advice and is not certified by any tax authority unless stated.
Card payments are processed by your own processor under its own terms.
08 Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to answer support within 4 business hours. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
09 Intellectual property and copyright
The software, site content and brand belong to the operator or its licensors. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, contact us with the details and we will review and remove infringing material.
10 Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11 Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account or by contacting us. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month; see the refund policy for annual plans and website setup fees.
12 Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s place of registration, without limiting mandatory consumer or business protections in your country. We may update these terms with notice; continued use means acceptance.
